ALL AV has a procedure and system for every task. All staff have been trained on procedures and tasks that directly affect their roles. Each role has a cross training component. This ensures  in built redundancy. All cross training roles are carried out one day per month to ensure skill set retention. Any difficulties encountered are documented and used to update  procedures - systems.
